Data controller

What data we process

FilMaestro has no user accounts, comments or forms. We only process personal data in these cases:

• If you email us: your address and whatever you tell us, in order to reply. Legal basis: your consent when writing and our legitimate interest in answering. We keep emails as long as needed to deal with your query and for two years at most.

• Server logs: the hosting provider keeps data such as IP address, browser and page visited for a limited time, for security and so the site works. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

• Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify people. It only gives aggregate figures (page views, country, device type).

Providers

Hosting, statistics and email forwarding: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers international transfers.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to hola@filmaestro.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
